Responsibilities

  • Lead and allocate the team in all functional activities
  • Production support, site deployment/command centre, CR releases, Wave 2, FDS updates, CR assessment, CCB/CRB, RT TCER development, performance improvement functional testing, DGF.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience 

Key Skills:
  • AMS experience,
  • SAP Functional experience,
  • FICA or FICO experience,
  • Able to delegate accountability and targets to sub leads, drive outcomes especially incident resolution to meet targets,
  • Able to communicate with external stakeholders 

Good to have skills (Optional)
  • BRIM or healthcare experience is a plus.
