Responsibilities

  • Responsible for SWIFT Application Alliance Messaging Hub (AMH) and SWIFT related Infrastructure Support
  • Responsible for configuring/supporting SWIFT application Alliance Messaging Hub(AMH), Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform, SWIFTNet Link and SWIFT HSM
  • Timely effective service delivery of SWIFT related products
  • Provide Technical support for connectivity and associated operational systems.
  • Implement and testing of new SWIFT services
  • Implement the SWIFT Service monitoring and reporting capability.
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date and maintained
  • Responsible for end-to-end implementation SIWFT (AMH)
  • Perform requirements gathering, analysis, solutions design and review
  • Participate in systems integration testing and co-ordinate with application teams, users, non-application IT teams and User Acceptance testing (UAT), inclusive of deployment of solution
  • Track issues and follow up until the closure.
  • Work with Network, application, and security teams
  • Responsible for change management, monitoring and support of post-live systems
  • Respond to issues and provide a suitable solution (workaround) when appropriate
  • Able to take initiatives and recommend possible enhancements or improvements when appropriate

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge on SWIFT Related Solutions, infra and Products
  • Good knowledge on SWIFT Message Types in ISO20022 and ISO15022
  • Ground up upgrade or migration SWIFT AMH / SWIFT Alliance Gateway (SAG)/ WebPlatformSE / HSM and Swiftnet link
  • At least 8 years of working experience on SWIFT Payment Systems
  • ITIL trained, prefer certified
  • Experience in end-user environment support. With vendor experience is welcome
  • Experience in writing scripts for Automation
