  • Leading current state analysis, defining short / long-term system strategies, establishing support procedures, managing enhancements and processes improvements by leveraging software applications.
  • Demonstrate understanding of business functions and processes to proactively identify opportunities for new and improved manufacturing systems functionality and enablement.
  • Coordinate new system enhancements with appropriate requirement gathering, solution design, solution testing and organizational change management /communication.
  • Be an enabling force, strengthen business partnerships and performance through applied technologies.
  • Contribute in a diverse team environment to ensure solutions are implemented in a consistent manner with proper collaboration and alignment across IT and the business.
  • Experience with Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES), IQMS, SAP etc. is a definite plus.
  • Work directly with business users, manufacturing personnel and software vendors to research, evaluate, prioritize and implement new and improved software and feature enhancements.
  • Understands and assist in process improvement programs for the Engineering, Manufacturing and Test functions in the various facilities.
  • Develop dashboards, reports and analysis tools to understand and improve process flow and plant optimization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose information technology issues.
  • Strong ability to structure plans and actions into concise, easily understandable and productive ways.
  • Develops, executes, monitors, and adjusts project plans and implementation strategy to meet the needs of the key stakeholders, and to ensure the project deliverables are on time, adheres to high quality standards, and meets customer/stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Assess and analyzes improvement opportunities, using software systems.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation
  • 3rd Party Vendors; non-commercial supplier relationships focussed on operational / project activities.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Associate degree with years of work experience acceptable
  • Minimum 10 years prior information technology and systems experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Have a passion for technology and like to work on different projects with the latest technologies.
  • Strong experience in the MES and SAP knowledge (functionality & integrations) as well as excellent presentation skills
  • Practical experience in following software development fields is an advantage:
  • SQL
  • PowerApps Model Driven Apps, PowerApps Canvas Apps
  • Power Automate
  • PowerBI
  • Experience in driving & deployment projects in a manufacturing and product engineering environment, including implementation, upgrades and support functions for MES, SAP and cloud, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills exemplified in teamwork, understanding of business and customer requirements and good communication
  • Willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions, including the willingness to take calculated risk, to market and sell new ideas within the organization
  • Ability to perform in a challenging work environment and resolve problems
  • Ability to interpret the business IT and functional strategies, understand the Group operating model, and the implications actions in one area have on other functions
  • Understand background, issues and implications of company and functional strategic imperatives
  • Ensuring adequate global/ regional/ local governance are followed when delivering Operations IT initiatives through virtual ways of working or supported by peers and IT teams in other locations.
