Responsibilities

  • Maintain and uphold Service Level Agreement as what has been agreed in the contract
  • Oversees incidents related to technical team
  • Ensure incidents are handled as defined in the Incident Management Process
  • Plan, co-ordinate, manage and control the changes to infrastructure so that it adhere to the Change Management Processes
  • Ensures operational services are delivered in accordance to project requirements
  • Ensure respective operational service levels are met
  • Review changes in system software and hardware currency and establish upgrade plan to maintain a supportable Infrastructure
  • Deliver management reports with relevant metrics
  • Review all incidents that does not meet SLA or OLA
  • Deliver timely and quality outputs based on defined processes
  • Provide regular and accurate updates to Customer
  • Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders
  • Manage issues & risks and ensure timely escalation
  • Ability to manage concurrent tasks

Requirements

  • Have eight (8) years of working experience in the Information Technology (IT) field, especially in the area of infrastructure planning, data centre operations and server/platform and systems management;
  • Have at least five (5) years of experience in leading a team in a similar capacity;
  • Be ITIL Foundation certified and familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
  • Have good interpersonal, presentation, written and communication skills;
  • Have good working knowledge for the Installing, configuring and supporting system related technologies, Windows and Linux OS
  • Have good working knowledge managing enterprise system infrastructure
