Responsibilities
- Engage with the customers to perform requirement analysis
- Maintain domain expert applying broad technical skills, with deep industry knowledge and business acumen in developing optimized solutions that promote customer’s business goals
- Work closely with the delivery team and the customers in system configuration
- Liaise effectively between customers, delivery team and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues through conducting Fit and Gap workshop
- Prepare functional specifications, test script and lead the team in conducting UAT
- Provide first level support to customer in resolving issues raised by users
- Develop training curriculum and conducting training to users when required.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Management
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX implementation
- Experience in having at least 3 full life cycle of project implementation
- Business knowledge in Finance and Logistic
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate to both non-technical and technical audience
