• Engage with the customers to perform requirement analysis
  • Maintain domain expert applying broad technical skills, with deep industry knowledge and business acumen in developing optimized solutions that promote customer’s business goals
  • Work closely with the delivery team and the customers in system configuration
  • Liaise effectively between customers, delivery team and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues through conducting Fit and Gap workshop
  • Prepare functional specifications, test script and lead the team in conducting UAT
  • Provide first level support to customer in resolving issues raised by users
  • Develop training curriculum and conducting training to users when required.


  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Management
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX implementation
  • Experience in having at least 3 full life cycle of project implementation
  • Business knowledge in Finance and Logistic
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate to both non-technical and technical audience
