Responsibilities

  • To provide admin support for Project & Maintenance jobs costing and billings.
  • Create job number, update sales data, billing milestone & cost budget etc in SAP
  • Verify billing request raised by Ops
  • Sales/Costs of sales recognition
  • Assist in data migration and adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent with 2 years working experience
  • Microsoft Excel & SAP knowledge

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 Months Agency Contract role.
