Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end users on Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds and Smartphones, esp. on Apple products (MacBook, iPad & iPhone).
  • Troubleshoot issues in meeting rooms on events and meetings.
  • Troubleshooting software related issues and apply fix
  • Work with team members in completing job assignments
  • Provide support to VIP and VVIPs
  • Follow process to attend assigned jobs and escalate issues

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and expectation management skills, able to communicate to C level management in a confident and tactful way.
  • Extensive technical background on Apple products e.g. MacBook, iPad and iPhone etc.
  • Strong technical skills in trouble shooting issues related to Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smart phones etc.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows operating systems and business productivity applications i.e. MS-Office
  • Knowledge in global tools like JAMF, MDM and SCCM will be advantages.
  • An excellent team player
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
