Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of interns to support business requirement
- Support Internship manager and Business to collate a forecasted recruiting plan for interns
- Submission of internship requirements to Institute of Higher Learning (IHL), download resumes from IHL portals, coordinating with hiring manager on their selection of interns, confirmation of internship placement
- Collaborate with different HRS Functions (TA Admin, Data, Payroll) on internship matters such as onboarding, payment of internship allowance, NS Claim submission, updating of interns’ records in system
- Support in the application and disbursement of claims for internship matters when required
- Attend to queries on internship matters
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in HR with 1 year HR / Admin experience
- Good knowledge in MS Applications such as Excel e.g. pivot table, lookup, sharepoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of employees.
- Proactive, meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stress well and operate in a fast and complex environment that is changing.
- Possess a positive working attitude with the desire to learn
Shortlisted candidates will be offered 1 Year agency contract employment.
