Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and emerging trends.
- Validate product concepts by gathering user feedback, conducting surveys, and running pilot programs.
- Develop and refine the product value proposition, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Engineering) to ensure alignment with market insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, guiding data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and user acquisition.
- Optimize ad spend across social platforms; track and report on key metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, etc.).
- Build and manage a content calendar that resonates with our target audience.
- Conduct A/B tests on messaging, creatives, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the Product and Design teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in market research, business strategy, digital marketing, focusing on social media and user acquisition.
- Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns on major social platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Startup or B2C background is a plus.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 months agency contract employment.
