Responsibilities

  • Responsible for human resource management of contract manpower
  • Liaise with recruitment vendors and agencies to fulfill manpower placements
  • Oversee the administration of leave management, transfers/movements, performance appraisal reviews, turnover, promotions etc.
  • Manage off-boarding processes, exit interviews and clearance
  • Prepare monthly reports and recruitment Statistics to Management
  • Verify and process invoices for all contract manpower
  • Conduct orientation and on-boarding of new joiners
  • Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the system
  • Administer and effectively implement the processes for disciplinary, grievance handling and termination/exit clearance, to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Managed Services environment
  • Prior experience in learning and development is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be detailed, accurate and meticulous
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated. proactive and independent

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 2 Years Agency Contract employment.
