Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Execution
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Monitor and control project progress, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Proactively manage project issues and contribute to resolution strategies.
  • Communicate project status and updates effectively to stakeholders.
  • Resource Coordination & Administration
  • Coordinate project resourcing by working with various departments to identify and allocate resources.
  • Organize interviews, meetings, and maintain documentation.
  • Track purchase orders (PO), invoices, and billings to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate project records and data tracking using Excel and spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Degree not mandatory).
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences in project administration or related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Project Management, Risk Management, and Delivery Operations Control.
  • Strong Issue Management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Excel tracking and spreadsheet management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
