Responsibilities
Procure goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets Conduct sourcing/ competitive quotation so as to ensure that the best value is achieved for the company Evaluate, negotiate and award orders to selected supplier Ensure that goods and services are timely delivered Achieve the Service Level Agreements (SLA) of Shared Services Centre (SSC) Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures Resolve all price, quality, and delivery or invoice issuesBuild, maintain and manage relationships of both internal and external stakeholders Contribute to the continuous improvement efforts on work process efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration/ Procurement/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent At least two (2) years of experience in Procurement as a Buyer SAP Hands-on and Microsoft Office experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication & planning skills Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced shared services environment
