Responsibilities

  • Analyse Business Processes
  • Support the mapping and reviewing of existing business processes to identify areas of improvements, with the focus to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and increased efficiencies and reduced risk
  • Evaluate the viability and feasibility of solutions that improve the identified business processes
  • Identify Business Needs
  • Elicit and analyse business and information requirements from key stakeholders and assess relevant solutions and their potential impact
  • Support the development of business cases defining potential benefits, solutions to increase efficiencies of business processes and associated risks
  • Support the translation of business needs into analytic and reporting requirements
  • Develop Technical Specifications
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into functional specifications
  • Verify that business requirements are incorporated into system design
  • Work with relevant stake holders on User Acceptance Testing
  • Analyse Data
  • Recommend, identify and gather data from internal systems and external sources
  • Clean databases for duplicate, outdated or irrelevant information
  • Perform data validations and quality control checks
  • Mine data to identify trends, patterns and correlations
  • Design data reports and use visualisation tools to facilitate data understanding
  • Conduct user training to facilitate adoption of new systems
  • Function as Project Manager when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics or equivalent
  • Minimally 3-5 Years of relevant working experience
  • Business needs analysis (Gap analysis, capability analysis.. etc)
  • Business process re-engineering (Lean Six Sigma, Agile Methodology..etc)
  • Data Engineer, Analysis and Visualisation (SQL, Python, Tableau, Qlikview..etc)
  • Software Testing
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication and strong people management
  • Excellent problem solving skills and creative thinking
