Responsibilities

  • Managing of the various HR functions with strong focus in areas of recruitment and selection.
  • Supporting full-cycle recruitment which includes: job description development, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and offer negotiation
  • Establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers to quickly assess business needs, determine candidate profile and launch a thorough hiring strategy
  • Coordinating and following-up on the manpower plan. Identifying gaps and work closely with Talent Acquisition teams to fill vacant positions
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research, sourcing and on-going relationship management
  • Driving the performance management programs, identifying talent gaps and develop internal candidate pipelines
  • Providing HR consulting and solutions on HR matters to business units on a daily basis
  • Developing and managing HR policies and procedures in accordance to company regulations and local regulatory requirements
  • Observing operations workflow and recommending policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Developing and implementing Human Resources Information System
  • Provide day to day support in full spectrum of HR and administrative functions
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll
  • Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity claims
  • Administer all work passes (application, renewal, cancellation, updates)
  • Administer and maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records
  • Manage group insurance and claims matters
  • Preparation of statutory submissions such as CPF and IRAS (IR21)
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Ad hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in HRM or equivalent Job Experience
  • At least 5 years’ of relevant HR experience in full spectrum of HR in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong foundation in HR processes and practices, preferably in Staffing, Compensation and Benefits and Talent Development
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical, resourceful, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Possess supervisory skill to coach and motivate staff
  • Ability to communicate with employee at all level Education Requirement
