Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Selection - Conduct simple briefing to new hires - Work with recruitment team on the salary proposal for new hires

  2. Employee Involvement - Organise and host Celebrative events - Facilitate Chit Chat sessions for GM - Facilitate monthly fruits day - Facilitate quarterly welfare program - Handle canteen and transport matters (adhoc only)

  3. Others - Facilitate re-employment and confirmation - Facilitate on security clearance - Conduct exit interview for resignee - Answer employee enquiries - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree with minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • Good in Microsoft application.
  • Good interpersonal skill and has initiative

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
