• Responsible to identify and resolve the application issues, in accordance to the organisation’s application support procedures.
  • Assist the Application Support Manager in the coordination of developing potential application enhancements with the stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve issues with software applications, following the agreed procedures
  • Create documentation of troubleshooting activities and resolutions
  • Assist in preparing periodic issue management report
  • Lead a small team of application programmers for application support activities


  • At least 3 years of working experience in software development
  • Experience in application integration and testing
  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment
