Responsibilities

  • Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, gather and document business requirements. 
  • Ability to identify areas of improvements and provide guidance of best practices. 
  • Design, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors to meet stakeholder's requirements. 
  • Conduct end user training, perform unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing. 
  • Documentation and development of user guide. 
  • Production go-live support of assigned SuccessFactors modules including managing the role based permission. 
  • Drive the execution of project plans including meeting project milestones, quality and business sign-off. 
  • Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts to assigned modules. 
  • Develop best practice, processes, and standards. 
  • Design and manage data accessibility/security matrix for organization. 

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science with Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting in at least 3 SAP SuccessFactors modules : Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Learning Management, Performance/Goal Management (PMGM), Compensation, Succession, Career Development Plan (CDP). 
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 2 Years Agency contract employment.
